Every listing shows the size, material and full price with delivery before you pay. If something is unclear, email us before you order and we will check the item for you.
How ordering works
The same whether you buy on our own shop pages or through an online marketplace.
Choose and check
Look at the size, colour and quantity, then add the item to your basket.
Pay at checkout
Pay by debit or credit card, or another method shown. We never see your full card number.
We pack your parcel
Orders are packed by hand, usually the same or next working day.
Watch it arrive
We email you when it is posted, with a tracking link where the service includes one.

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. The Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands can take a few days longer. Delivery times are counted from dispatch, not from when you order.
If something goes wrong
- Parcel late? Check the tracking link first. If there is no movement past the expected date, email us and we will chase the carrier.
- Parcel lost? We claim against the carrier and send a replacement or refund you. You do not have to deal with them yourself.
- Wrong item? Send us a photo and we will post the right one and arrange a free return of the wrong one.
- Damaged in transit? Keep the packaging and photograph it, then email us within 30 days.

Returns and refunds
Changed your mind
- You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to cancel, and another 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
- You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty.
- We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Sealed hygiene items cannot be returned once opened.
Faulty or not as described
- You have 30 days from delivery to reject the item for a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- After 30 days you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and a refund if that is not possible.
- We pay the return postage on faulty items.
- Refunds go back to the payment method you used.

Common questions
Can I collect my order from your address?
No. Our address is an office, not a shop or a collection point, so everything is sent by post or courier.
When will my order be sent?
Orders placed on a working day are normally packed and handed over within 1–2 working days. You get an email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, if the parcel has not gone yet. Email us straight away with the order number and the correct address.
Do you deliver abroad?
Not at the moment. We only send parcels to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Do you sell to businesses?
We mainly serve individual customers, but we can quote for several units of the same item. Email us the product and the quantity.
How do I contact a real person?
Email is fastest and we answer within one working day. You can also phone during office hours; if we are packing orders, leave a message and we will ring back.
